MLWF Update : Contribution Revision WEF June 2024
As per the gazette publication dated 18.03.2024, the MLWF(Maharashtra Labour Welfare Fund) contribution for employees share is revised to Rs 25/- per employee & employer share will be three times the amount of employee share i.e Rs 75/- per employee for employees whose name appears on the muster as on 30 June and 31 Dec here-onwards.
The new rate of contribution replaces the previous rate of Rs 12 and Rs 36 for employee and employer share,respectively
